We love all magical and mythical creatures as they hold a very special place in our hearts, hopes and dreams. They filled our childhood with the thrill of adventure and the unimaginable dreams yet to come true for tomorrow and now spill into our adult lives as we collect, display and allow them to express the individuals whom we have become. We continue to fill our home and lives with pieces of art and unusual items that are fascinating, unusual and speak to our soul. always keeping in mind, you the customer. We charge a flat shipping rate based on your purchase and not by weight, which is another savings to you. No one likes shipping charges, but we can offer you rock bottom prices, a great deal on shipping and friendly, personable customer service. In an effort to keep our prices low and continue to relay that savings on to our customers, we have had to make cut backs in our processing and shipping times. Orders will be processed and packed for shipping within 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise notified. We still will be using our Priority Mail services as the quickest means of delivery.
We ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
If you need an item shipped out immediately, Overnight is an option and must be made in the comments section on your order form. You will be charged the exact amount, with no other charges, and your order total will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping charges from USPS. Please be aware that Overnight is costly and can sometimes be more that the price of the item.
Most orders will be processed and packed for shipping
within 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise notified. "Delivery times vary depending on postal zones and your local area facilities and can take up to an extra 3 days in certain areas." Please keep this in mind when you are expecting your package. Also some deliveries will not be left in some areas when no one is at home to receive them. If this happens, the carrier will leave you a postcard size notice in your mail box letting you know they are trying to deliver the package to you and you need to contact them for a redelivery.
SALES TAX
We are required to add 6% sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of SC. Delivery time will vary depending on location but may take up to one week or more. We will notify you in the event any item in your order is back-ordered or no longer available.
We are only shipping to the USA and USA Territories that are serviced by USPS Priority Mail at USA rates. No International Shipping is currently available. Normal delivery time, once order is processed and shipped out is 2-3 days. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please notify us by e-mail at Orders@fantopia.net.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our shipping or ordering criteria. If an order is returned to us by the USPS as unclaimed, we will credit your account for the merchandise total only minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we are in error. You may also have your order reshipped and a new shipping charge will apply. We will make every attempt to help you track and receive your package.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and
merchandise. You may return an item for any reason within 10 days of your receiving date. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition and in the original box to receive a refund or store credit. Please email us at the above email address BEFORE you ship your return to receive "Return Instructions" and to obtain a RMA number. All returns without a RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Refunds will be made for the merchandise price only, minus the shipping charges. You will be credited in the same method as original payment. Customer is responsible for return postage.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
All shipments which are refused at the time of delivery will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the product items less 20% once the items are returned to us. We will not issue a refund for shipping charges. Any additional transportation charges incurred due to the refusal will be charged back to the customers account and/or credit card.
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
All damage & missing item claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of package by sending an email to the above email address (Orders@fantopia.net). We will email handling instructions for your damaged merchandise. If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 3 business days so we can make a claim with the carrier.
Notification of damage or missing items after 3 days
will require you to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We will provide all tracking numbers, receipts and shipping information for you to complete the claim paperwork.
We can not be responsible for missing item claims if
you fail to contact us in a timely manner. Please
check your package and contents carefully, marking the packing slip as each item is unpacked as proof of receipt.
If we are able to file the claim for you we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents. Damages are rare yet they do happen.
FINAL NOTES
Please make sure that the e-mail address you use when placing your order is correct. If there is a problem or question in regards to your order, we will use the e-mail address to contact you. Please also check your bulk mail carefully as some systems will redirect e-mail from web addresses which it is not familiar with into your bulk folders.
No charges for your purchases are ever applied to your credit card until your order has been processed, packed for shipping and ready to go out the door. We do not back-order items, all orders are adjusted to reflect actual items being shipped. If you are interested in an item that is temporarily out of stock, please let us know and you can be added to a list to be notified when the restock shipment arrives.
